On March 19, the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with the Education Sector Trade Union, organized the launch ceremony of the "90 days of determination to achieve high results in the Graduation exam" campaign.

The campaign is being carried out in the context of the first year that the High school graduation exam is implemented under the new General education curriculum.

Additionally, the implementation of Circular 29, which regulates extra teaching and learning, has significantly impacted many schools, especially for final-year students.

Following the success of the "90 days of determination to achieve high results in the 2024 High school graduation exam" campaign, this year, the Nghe An education sector is launching the movement with renewed determination, enthusiasm, and aspirations. This is also an opportunity for the entire sector to affirm the tradition of valuing education in Nghe An, continue to foster the spirit of solidarity and creativity among educational staff, teachers, and workers, and encourage students to strive for excellence in the 2024-2025 academic year.

At the launch ceremony, the Director of the Department of Education and Training reviewed the achievements of the 2024 exam season. With dedication and responsibility, teachers in Nghe An voluntarily provided thousands of free teaching sessions to support students in having a successful exam. As a result, for the first time, Nghe An ranked 12th nationwide in the High school graduation exam, surpassing its initial target by 10 places.

In 2025, the Nghe An education sector aims to maintain its position in the High school graduation exam. However, given the new circumstances, accomplishing this goal will be challenging. Based on this reality, the Director of the Department of Education and Training called on the entire sector to actively participate in the movement: teachers should dedicate themselves to teaching, and students should strive to surpass their own limits. Unity and collective effort are essential for the successful implementation of this campaign.

The head of the education sector also emphasized that Vietnam is undergoing significant administrative reforms. In this context, the education sector and schools must also adapt their management methods to be more flexible and efficient. Throughout the implementation process, learning from one another and sharing experiences will be crucial.

To ensure that the campaign is not merely symbolic but yields the best results, the Director of the Department of Education and Training instructed schools to integrate the movement with the sector's key tasks and each institution's specific objectives. The content and organization of the campaign should align with the actual conditions of each school.

During implementation, schools must continuously monitor and gather feedback from students, parents, and teachers to provide timely explanations, communication, and necessary adjustments.

Additionally, outstanding individuals and groups should be recognized and rewarded throughout and at the conclusion of the exam period.

According to the plan, the "90 days of determination to achieve high results in the 2025 High school graduation exam" campaign will be conducted from mid-March 2025 until the end of the exam period.

This year, the education sector aims to achieve high results in the 2025 High school graduation exam, targeting a national ranking between 12th and 15th. The goal is to achieve a graduation rate of at least 99.5%. Throughout the campaign, Nghe An aims for 100% of its educational institutions to develop new models and innovative approaches suited to their specific conditions. Additionally, all institutions are expected to encourage and motivate educational staff and workers to fulfill their professional duties effectively and achieve the best possible results in the 2025 High school graduation exam.
