11 multi-level boarding schools in border communes must be completed ahead of 2027-2028 academic year

Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai required all 11 multi-level boarding primary and junior high schools in Phase 2 to be 100% completed no later than August 20, 2027, ready to welcome students for the 2027-2028 school year.
