On the morning of September 24, in Do Luong Commune, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, visited, presented gifts and extended Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to teenagers and children currently cared for and nurtured at the Nghe An Social Work Center.
