Nghe An schools ready for National High School Graduation Exam

On June 20, many schools in Nghe An completed their final review sessions and began preparing conditions for the 2025 National High School Graduation Examination. Given the special nature of this year's exam, all stages are being meticulously prepared to ensure absolute safety at all examination sites.
At the Thanh Chuong 1 High School examination site, there are 477 registered candidates this year, including 11 independent candidates, all of whom will be tested under the 2018 General Education Program. Ahead of the official exam next weekend, preparations are being carried out urgently.To create the best conditions for the candidates, the school has selected 21 well-appointed classrooms, ensuring adequate electricity, water, and cooling fans for the examinees. Additionally, to accommodate the independent candidates, the school has prepared two reserve rooms and a waiting room for candidates between test subjects. According to regulations, all waiting rooms are monitored by examination proctors.According to Mr. Nguyen Trieu Tien, Principal of Thanh Chuong 1 High School, this year's exam is taking place under special circumstances, as the locality is preparing to transition to a two-tiered local government system, and it is the first exam conducted under the 2018 General Education Program. "However, this does not mean that preparations are negligent or complacent," he said. To ensure the exam is conducted seriously, safely, and in accordance with regulations, the Thanh Chuong district's Examination Steering Committee has met to assign tasks and has requested that schools properly handle review sessions, prepare facilities, and manage other conditions to provide the best possible support for candidates. Previously, to best prepare the students mentally, the school's teachers voluntarily provided free extra tutoring and organized review sessions right up until the exam date. After three mock exams, the school's administration is confident that students will have a successful exam season and achieve their goals as planned.Before departing for duties at other examination sites, teachers and staff at Thanh Chuong 1 High School are completing the final preparations, ready for the 2025 exam season.On June 20 morning, classes at Do Luong 1 High School held their final session. Before stepping into the 2025 National High School Graduation Examination, the school's administration and teachers offered many words of encouragement to the students, wishing them calm and confidence for a successful exam season.In recent consecutive years, Do Luong 1 High School has consistently ranked among the top 5 in the province for National High School Graduation Exam results, with many students being commended and admitted to top universities nationwide. During the final class session, although the pressure of the exam weighed heavily on teachers and students, there was no shortage of smiles. The support and encouragement from teachers and parents will give the students additional strength for the final stretch.The Do Luong 1 High School examination site is one of two special sites in this year's exam season, as it has been chosen as the main campus for an examination cluster that includes a site for independent candidates. In addition to the candidates taking the exam at Do Luong 1 High School, the school will organize a second examination site at the district's Center for Continuing Education for 312 independent candidates from the districts of Anh Son, Do Luong, Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, and Yen Thanh. These candidates will be tested under either the 2018 General Education Program or the 2006 General Education Program.As the two examination sites are close to each other, preparations at Do Luong 1 High School have been quite convenient. During the exam days, youth volunteer teams from both units will support the examinees.Although only serving in a coordinating role, the officials and teachers at the Do Luong District's Center for Continuing Education have been urgently completing the final stages of preparation for the 2025 National High School Graduation Examination in recent days.Mr. Trinh Van Toan, Director of the Do Luong District's Center for Continuing Education, shared: "It has been 15 years since our unit has had the opportunity to participate in organizing the National High School Graduation Examination again. Although we are only a coordinating unit, our staff has readily prepared all necessary facilities, essential equipment, and contingency plans to organize the exam well and ensure no unusual incidents occur."The thorough preparation of facilities and other conditions will also help 12th-grade students remain calm as they enter the 2025 National High School Graduation Examination. After this final school day, the students will have meaningful time to rest and review important knowledge, while their schools and teachers will continue to support them until the exam concludes.
For the 2025 National High School Graduation Examination, Nghe An has 40,235 registered candidates, including 1,326 independent candidates who will be tested under the 2006 General Education Program. The province has organized 72 examination sites, including two dedicated sites for independent candidates at Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) and the Do Luong District's Center for Continuing Education. To serve the exam, Nghe An has mobilized 6,594 officials, teachers, and staff to perform duties at the examination sites.
