The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued a resolution on the construction and development of Vinh City by 2030, with a vision to 2045. Accordingly, Vinh City will be a rapidly growing, sustainable, civilized, and modern smart city, one of the important growth drivers of the North Central region of Vietnam.
