Nghe An's Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of People's Committee works with Luxshare-ICT
During a meeting with leaders of Luxshare-ICT Group, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Nghe An's Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of People's Committee, expressed hope to soon see products labeled "Made in Vietnam" and "Made in Nghe An (Vietnam)" manufactured by Luxshare-ICT, exported, and integrated into the global value chain.
On the afternoon of November 22, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Trung held a meeting with Luxshare-ICT Group leaders.
Representing the investors were the Vice Chairman of Luxshare-ICT Group, the Project Director, the General Director of VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd., and the Chairman of Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company.

Sending respectful greetings and best wishes to the investors, Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his delight in meeting the Vice Chairman of Luxshare-ICT Group again after Nghe An's delegation visited China in late May 2024.
Since that meeting, Nghe An province and Luxshare-ICT Group have seen positive developments in investment cooperation. Issues raised by Luxshare-ICT have gradually been addressed to meet the group's needs.
The Secretary acknowledged and highly appreciated Luxshare-ICT Group and its subsidiaries for their significant contributions to the province's development.
Despite the challenging context, Nghe An has basically met or exceeded its socio-economic development goals, especially in revenue collection and attracting investment.
In 2024, Nghe An aims to attract approximately $1.6 billion in FDI, marking the third consecutive year it ranks among the top 10 provinces in FDI attraction.
Currently, Luxshare-ICT Group has seven projects within the VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park in the Dong Nam Economic Zone, creating jobs for around 11,600 workers.
Luxshare-ICT is one of the largest investors in Nghe An, making effective contributions to the province's economic development and actively participating in social welfare efforts.
On behalf of the provincial authorities, Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung expressed gratitude to Luxshare-ICT Group and related businesses and investors for their trust, support, and collaboration with Nghe An.
He also welcomed the group's future investment plans, viewing them as a testament to the growing trust in Nghe An's projects and the province's effective support for investment.
Nghe An remains committed to accompanying and supporting investors, resolving challenges, and ensuring the success of projects based on mutual benefit.
Moving forward, the Secretary encouraged Luxshare-ICT Group to expedite its projects and consider expanding investments within VSIP Nghe An and the Dong Nam Economic Zone, transforming Nghe An into a key hub for the group’s projects.
Nghe An hopes to soon see 'Made in Vietnam' and 'Made in Nghe An (Vietnam)' products manufactured by Luxshare-ICT Group, exported globally.

Luxshare-ICT’s Vice Chairman expressed sincere gratitude for the provincial leadership's continuous support. He hopes to maintain strong relations with Nghe An to achieve shared goals.
Responding to the group’s concerns, the Secretary emphasized that Luxshare-ICT made the right choice by investing in VSIP Nghe An within the Dong Nam Economic Zone, supported by a diverse ecosystem.
The construction of worker accommodation by Luxshare-ICT was also seen as a crucial step in ensuring stability and productivity for employees.
The provincial authorities will continue assisting Luxshare-ICT and other investors, particularly in workforce recruitment, to meet operational demands.
With a vivid analogy, Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung stated: "With the eggs brought by Luxshare-ICT, Nghe An will prepare the best nest so that they hatch into the best chickens, ready to go global".
During the meeting, Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung handed over the Investment Policy Decision and Investment Certificates for two projects: Luxshare-ICT (Nghe An) and Luxshare-ICT (Nghe An 2), to Luxshare-ICT leaders.
