Impressive moments from General Secretary To Lam’s visit to Nghe An

During his working trip to Nghe An province, General Secretary To Lam carried out a wide range of meaningful activities, highlighting his respect for national traditions, care for meritorious individuals, and attention to education and cultural development.

Located at Lang Sen Stadium, where the President addressed the people during his visits in 1957 and 1961, the statue holds artistic, architectural, and historical significance.
