After two resistance wars against the French colonialists and the American imperialists, the volunteer soldiers and military experts of Vietnam on international missions in Laos have always stood shoulder to shoulder with the people of the neighboring country, fighting for truth and the progress of the times.

The delegation sincerely prayed for the souls of the brothers and sisters to find eternal peace; to protect and support the national prosperity and people's well-being; and for the relationship between the two countries, Vietnam and Laos, to continue to develop steadily.
