Vinh City has completed flower streets, scenic decorations, and ‘check-in’ spots to serve residents and visitors during the Lunar New Year festivities.
Strolling through the streets of Vinh City at this time, alongside the bustling and lively Tet shopping atmosphere, you can find colorful, sparkling flower streets. Urban beautification and street decoration efforts have been ongoing for the past month, and they are now mostly complete to welcome residents for the Lunar New Year.
