Vinh - Cua Lo Avenue Phase 2 was approved by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 4686/QD-UBND on December 2, 2021. With a total length of 10.8 km passing through three localities: Vinh City (3.4 km), Nghi Loc District (4.8 km), and Cua Lo Town (2.6 km), this is a crucial route in Nghe An connecting Vinh City with Cua Lo Town and is currently the largest road in Nghe An.
